Cosmetic Surgery on Feet/Toes… I’m so embarrassed of my feet! :o(

My big toe is LITERALLY 1 inch bigger than all of my other toes.
I also have a wide width but it’s ONLY wide from the base of my Pinky toe to the beginning of my arch.
My feet have always been this way, it wasn’t caused by any shoes or injuries or anything.
I would REALLY like to be able to wear shoes that arent one size too big to accomodate my big toe and another size too big to accomodate the width of my foot.
I’m wearing a size 10 or 11 but they are too long (except on my big toe) and don’t fit my heels comfortably.
I’ve heard about plastic/cosmetic surgery on feet & toes and I’m just wondering if you can tell me more about it or if you can refer me to a site that has more information… Thank You SOOO Much!!!!
