Cramps
I have been having bad cramps in the lower leg and also the foot.Off and on through out the day and night.Nothing I do seems to help.
I also have Tarsal Tunnel in the same foot.
These cramps are very painful.
Trying to find out what to do or what kind of Dr. to see.

An orthopedist or neurologist are possibilities. Others might consider a chiropractor, physical medicine specialist. There is alot of possibilities. You need to start somewhere and don’t get discouraged.
