Design Inspiration

Help i’m not injured but i’m looking for some help. I’m a design student going into my final year in October and am trying to get some ideas for my final year project. I’m looking for something in the medical / rehabilitation field just now and wondering if anyone has any ideas on possible areas that i could research to try and find an opportunity for my design project. My project could involve improving current equipment or could be a completely new product. My main need just now is to get the ball rolling and get some inspiration so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, cheers jonathan
