heel spurs/tired feet

I have been diagnosed with mild heel spurs. Besides the heel pain that comes with it, my feet are generally tired. I just can’t stand or walk for very long. My question is, would these stretchable arch supports that simulate taping of the arch area help my heel pain and tired feet?
