I hperextended my right knee while on an extension ladder cleaning gutters on my house. I have had three sessions with a chiropractor which has given some relief but am away from that facility for a time and need some rehab guidance.
When I lock my knee, I get this sharp pain in the back of my knee. I am figuring I have a hyperextended knee. I can run side to side. Jump up and down. The injury occurred 5 days ago, and I have another soccer game within 9 days. What can I do to help recovery time? Thanks,
My daughter hyperextended her knee. What is the best treatment? Her doctor only suggested to stay off the knee and apply heat. However, it was ok for her to return back to school without a wrap or a brace on the knee. Is this right?
