Losing height

I have always been quite tall (6’4.5″). Recently a friend asked to measure me for a statistics project.
I was alarmed to see that I was barely 6’3″, especially because I am only 22. I have been an avid weightlifter for the past 6 yrs and have had a few injuries, but nothing serious (never required a doctor visit). Once I became consious of the height issue, I noticed I had developed a slight stoop.
Have I permanantly damaged my spine?
Will I get this height back?
