MRI Lumbar Spine Interpretation

hi can someone please help me out on this one. also could you please let me know if this is going to be an operation? and what sort? MRI impressioncentral and right paramedian disc herniation at l5/s1 conjoined origans to the right l5 and the right s1 nerve root each passing separately through its respected neural foramen.minor left sided tear at l4/l5 without foal disc herniation.

    Sounds like a typical disc herniation. Try conservative Chiropractic care including extension exercises. If you do end up having surgery then most likely you will have another somewhere down the road. Given the somewhat unusual median tear of the annulus I will ask what kind of trama brought this on.
