I have a neuroma on the right foot around by the second and thrid toes. I haven’t tried anything for it yet, since it comes and goes. But it is painful.
What are your suggestions as far as orthotics, etc.
Thanks.
Neuromas can hurt a little or a lot. Variables include shoes and activity. If you find shoes that are a bit wider and are comfortable, that will help. Metatarsal pads (put in correctly) can also help some. Orthotics depending on how they are made might help also. Sorry that there is no absolute answer.
