Planter’s Wart?

(2 discussions)

For a week or two my seecond to the right toe on my right foot has been feeling very uncomfortable in the evenings when my shoes are off. It felt like the tendon for that toe was too short. I could feel it when I sat down and when I walked the tip of my toe felt like it was too low and digging in the ground. This feeling spread into the ball of my foot. Then this morning I woke up and stepped onto the kitchen floor to feel a sharp pain that has prevente me from walking without shoes or even with shoes comfortably. I sat down and examined my foot and found a hard ridge on the ball of my foot in line with the toe I described above. The coloration of the bump is pretty much normal exept for three tiny dark spots beneath the skin in a line. The spots go from the size of a keyboard asterisk and get smaller. They appear to be fluid beneath the skin.
I researched planter’s warts online but am not sure that’s what I have. I’ve started rubbing grapefruit seed extract(a virus killer)into it and am planning on purchasing a product called Warts No More sold at fonoils.com/warts.html Do you know if this product is any good? Along with this I will wrap my foot and use a pumice stone to scrape the dead skin off

Without seeing this, I can’t be sure. Warts can masquerade as calluses. The little black spots you see may be what we call thrombosed cappillary endings. Then again it may be something else. A podiatrist or dermatologist wil know for sure. I have no knowledge or awareness of the products you asked, sorry.

I have this too! Hurts like heck without shoes on. I have tried over the counter wart removers with no result. I am hesitant to order anything on line. What is your outcome?
