possible rotor cup tear

(2 discussions)

About 2 months ago I took a hard fall off my deck. At first, I thought I had just sprained my shoulder, but instead of getting better, it has progressively gotten worse. After research, I think I have determined that I have a tear in my rotor cup. Why is the pain so much more intense at night? I haven’t had a full night’s sleep in weeks. Nothing I have taken seems to dull the pain

Question, I have a tear in my left shoulder rotor cup. Will therapy help that or is an operation necessary. If I have operation, what do they do and how long does it take to recover? Will it get back to normal? thank you

I have severe pain in shoulder and neck. When I move my arm back and forth, my shoulder pops.
Can I have some assistance on what I can do to ease this pain?
