small lumps down leg

About 4 years ago I broke my leg just below my knee and had a large deep wound just below my knee on inside of my leg. Later, I discovered several small tender lumps back of and around my knee area.
They were slightly moveable. I had a biopsy done on a big one. The result was fatty material probably caused by my injury.
Then I noticed that I had these lumps all down the insdie of my leg. They are not visible, I can just feel them.
Now I have these same lumps on my other leg, same location, though not as many.
If I have these on both legs these could not be the result of my injury.
I have muscle cramps in my calves and feet at night – one after the other.
This is happenning much more frequently.
Also, the bottom of my feet feel numb just at night.
Could my cramps and numbness be related to my lumps?
What could these lumps be?
Thank you very much.
