Hello, I’m a Newbie here.
I have Facet Joint Syndrome after Horseback Riding.
Went to PT, and got worse with Piriformis Syndrome.
Seeing a Sports Doc/SPinal tomorrow.
Anyone here with this ? How did you get help ?
