What are these lumps?

I fell badly about 3 weeks ago onto a table and unlike a normal bruise (i find they take about 3-4 hours to come up) the bruise got very swollen very quickly and a deep deep bruise came up immediately I’ve never seen a bruise this bad before but my arm was ok to move etc. so i just put ice on it and didn’t go to the hosp. te bruise lasted 3 weeks and after the swelling went dow i was left with like marbles under my skin in 3 different places none of them were the point of impact,
eventually i went to the doctor and I had an x-ray because they thought they were calcified haematoma but nothing showed up on the x-ray, I’m still waiting for more results but anyone here have any idea’s???
