do they ever cut heel spurs out anymore and if so when or I just learn to live like this and will it get worse and are there any braces I could use in the day time the ones at night do help.
In order to give you advice, you would need to be evaluated. The shoes you wear to train as well as the shoes you race in. You did not mention the type of orthotic you have, so I can only suggest you see a podiatrist who treats athletes. Good luck.
