Deep burning shoulder pain

(3 discussions)

Hello, I have had a deep burning pain deep in the back of my left shoulder. I have had my shoulder scoped and my nerves checked and everything seems to be ok there. It hurts when shampooing my head or holding something, or even playing piano and typing on the computer. Does anyone know what it could possibly be?? Please Help!! Kevin

It could be that you injured your rotator cuff, check here I screwed up my left shoulder this morning, I overexerted my left arm bench pressing, then of course I was an idiot and boxed.. well I injured the shoulder more, maybe overextended it, and I had a bad liver punch.. not a good day so far

I am having the same issue. Burning in my left shoulder area. Just below my shoulder blade. The only way I can think to describe the pain is if you have ever hung pictures, or done anything that you have to have your arms up for a long period and they start burning so you need to put them down to rest. Well that’s this feeling but it doesn’t go away. I haven’t seen a doctor yet, and this pain just started about a week and a half ago. If you have gotten any answers please help. Thanks
