Foot ache

I have the same problem on both feet: Arch area gets achy, but not extremely, just minor discomfort, almost like a pre-cramping feeling…best way I can describe it.
It runs from the pad under big toe to the heel on the bottom and across the side of the arch…both feet…been happening for a couple of months now,every day several times a day I notice the slight discomfort…sometimes it feels like the muscles or ligaments or whatever is there is/are pulling so I feel a searing pain but its not too painful and it doesn’t keep me from walking or anything…
What could it be?
There is no swelling…and like I said it happens in both feet, which I am finding odd.
