outer foot pain and sever cramping
while walking on slanded ground I heard a loud poping sound and it brought me to my knees, the pain was so bad I couldnt even touch it. its was the left outer part of my foot, almost like I dislocated a bone, sence then it comes and goes if I move my foot wrong, and I still hear the same popping sound when it happens. Don’t have medical so I was wondering if anyone would know what it could be.

You might have dislocated your cuboid bone. This can go in and out of place. Some podiatrists or even a chiropractor can help put it back in place and evaluate if you need to be immobilized.
