I am going to have to ask the Oncologist to send me to some kind of Doctor that can handle Cyatic Nerve Pain.I am a real tough case.
I have 7 vertebrae that have cement in them (Kyphoplasty surgery) and take morphine for the bone pain. This new pain from the Rear left hip area to the left thy and left knee is excruiating.
Does anyone have any idea what kind of doctor to see and what I can take to reduce the pain.

  4. You probably have spinal stenosis. This is a narrowing of the canal where the nerves travel through the spine, this is probably the cause of your sciatica. It is a fairly typical problem with patients who have spinal stenosis. The vertebra are now fused so manipulation (chiropractic) can’t be done. The Pelvis and SI joints can be adjusted, this may help. Acupuncture is something you might want to consider. See a chiropractor, many like me, are certified in acupuncture. Take it out on the hack that talked you into having surgery. Did you know that less than 10% of back surgeries are sucessful? Get on Omega fatty acids (fish oils), it will help with the imflamation. See a doctor, my comments are suggestions and are not definitive.
