Toe dicoloration

Hi,
my toe nails have a yellowish discoloration.
It is nothing major but it does not look too appealing.
Also on my two big toes I have a littl white vertical line on the nail and everytime my nail grows a little bit it cracks right were that line is. I don’t know how to get rid of that.
