Wound keeps getting infected

I have a reoccuring sore on my left heel, I am a diabetic and am currently being tested for factor 5. Anyways I’ve had this sore for about 3 months. I’m immobile b/c of it, and my doc can’t seem to get the infection to stop coming back. Any suggestions?

Besides getting a new doctor and a second opinion, my hospital just got some sample of a new dressing that fights bacteria. We’ve had a lot of success with it. For more info kendallamd
