I am 32 years old and I have had a protruding xiphoid process for 4-5 years now. I recently had two lower back surgeries and gained 75 pounds in two years.Now the pain in my chest is almost unbarable. I dieting now but what else can I do for the pain to subside.Please Help!!!!!
