How do I tape for this type of shin splint on the front and outside of the leg.
We have been to the Dr. and there is no hairline fracture.Jeff

: JeffYou can apply tape to the arch of the foot which helps support the arch and its muscles that are up in the shin area. Also, you can apply tape, not too tight, to the calf/shin directly above and directly below the most sensitive area. Contact a local high school trainer and they should be able to show you in person how to do this.
