Foot drop
I am a 23 year old who woke up one morning to find he had ‘foot drop’. As with most other people who have this particular affliction and are writing in to this site, I am looking for some form of self-performing physiotherapy to limit muscle wastage. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated,Regards,Ben

Wow, that's weird. Do you have an underlying neurological complication? If you cannot lift your foot up at all with your own power, you will be unable to strengthen the muscles. In therapy we use electrical stimulation to contract the muscles via electrical current to prevent muscle wasting, but you can't buy one of those. I suggest you ask your doc if PT might help.. Good Luck
