I have been diagnoised with ITB syndrome.
I love to run and it’s part of my job.
What can I do to eleviate the pain everytime I run? My legs will hurt for a week after I run. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi…well, you need to stop running for a while. I would recommend you stretch your IT band. Ask your dr. if you can have a couple sessions of PT to have them show you the correct way to perform the stretches. They may even do ultrasound to elevate the pain in your ITBand. You probably have some swelling there too since you’re aggrivating it everytime you run. Good luck. Mya
