Achilles/lower calf numbness
I am over 12 weeks into an 18 week marathon training program when last week I noticed numbness between the middle of my right Achilles and calf. I have switched to cross training and gotten a sports massage, but the numbness has not completely gone away. Any ideas as to what to do now? I really want to run the NYC marathon on Nov. 3 and need to get back to my training, but I don’t want to do permanent damage.
