broken clavical therapy?

I broke my collar bone in mid february and have healed fairly well.
My doctor did not recommend physical therapy nor did he recommend any exercises.
Is there a physical therapy regiment I can work on.
I pretty in tune with my body but would like to know more about collar bone physcial therapy. Thanks
