pain & swollen foot/ankle

I am now 48 years old and was born with one club foot. It was operated on and worked relatively well. Now, it gets inflamed, from the mid-calf to the toes if I am on it for short periods of time, and quit painful. It also developed a small movable “bump” on the outside protruding ankle bone.Two years ago I had new shoe inserts made, but they do not seem to help any more than the old ones. I am getting concerned because the less I use it (due to pain) the more weight I put on as I was very active before. What do you recommend? Thank you,

Yesterday I felt all day like my right elbow needed to “pop”. I kept bending it in all sorts of ways trying to get the pop to come out as it was really bothering me. As the day progressed my elbow got more and more sore, but never popped. I hoped it would work it’s way out overnight, but today it still feels as though it needs to pop and it’s still sore. It’s on the outer part of my elbow kind of more towards the upper arm end, as opposed to the lower arm. Is this something that should just go away? What would cause it to begin with? I wasn’t doing anything with it in the past few days that should have created the need to pop. I am 46 and I have noticed, just in general, that I am always popping in my collarbone these days and in other places that never used to. What causes this? Thank you!

I am interested in a heavily paddes collarbone brace. I used to have one but lost it during moving. I have scoliosis and found that while doing housework the brace offered enough support to reduce the amount of pain housework created.

Hi, In Jan 2003I was diagnosed with AVN in right talus ankle — I am currently wearing a air cast and have a bone stimulator.. So far there is no progress. Does anyone have this condition… I am looking for a good orthopedic surgeon… I have seen 4 doctors and all of them are baffled. I am really getting frustrated and need support. I am concerned that I am going to be disabled for the rest of my life… Please help!Thank you, Nance

I have a severe burning sensation in my knee. I am not sure what is exactly wrong. Will an MRI show the reason for the burn. I didn’t have any injury in my knee. Before 2 months I had a swelling in the side, below my knee cap. But that subsided later.
