i got a huge cast when I pulled a tendon = krutches your so lucky!!!!

I have intense pain at the back of my knee. I can’t walk with my foot touching the ground have to walk on toes. Constant pain heat relief temporary. Dr. said chipped kneecap take ibproefon not relieving pain at all kneecap not painful.
