Cortisone jag
I had a cortisone steroid jag 9 days ago. knew it would make me worse for a few days, but it is stil sorer than it was originally! is this normal? I want 2 b full fitness by the end of january i need this to work!!! Any help gratefully recieved.

i dont know what a cortisone jag is? where did you have it?
i have had three cortisone shots in my shouder and two in my wrist…..i have found it took about 5 days to notice a difference……my wrist was numb for hours shoulder wasnt numb……..BUT i did not have any new pain from the shot hope this helps…..my OS said that it should work quickly but i didnto notice instant relief
