I am a 34 year old who enjoys basketball 1-3 times a week 2-3 hours at a time. About two months ago I pulled my right groin and it has been very slow to heal. I have pretty much just stayed off of it but it does not seem to be improving much. What can I do to help it heal? I can’t really afford to not exercise as I have a desk job and I need the physical activity but everything I try seems to aggrivate it.
