Help…I have ruptured my biceps tendon
If anyone has had experience with a ruptured biceps tendon, especially if it was not repaired surgically, I would really appreciate some input. I am 47, active and want to remain that way. I tore my right (dominant) biceps tendon and surgeon is advising against repair, prescribing PT to strengthen other upper arm muscles. Any comments…apparently repair must be done soon or not at all. Thanks in advance
