Left shoulder blade pain

I’m 21 years old. I have a lot of tension (epilepsy), and I’ve been having aggravating, sometimes extreme, pain, which is mainly on a small region right on the tip of my left shoulder blade.
It’s tender to the touch and when the pain is at its worst, it hurts between my shoulder and my neck and sometimes my upper arm gets sore. The whole left side of my neck to my shoulder feels like a big bruise when I touch it but especially that one spot on my shoulder blade.
Sometimes it’s just a throbbing or lingering pain but other times the pain is stabbing and stinging.
I haven’t lifted anything heavy and it’s been this way for quite some time, but I think it’s getting worse. Could it be a nerve?

I am also having pain in my left shoulder blade, but sometimes the pain radiates to my chest, and it hurts when I breathe in deeply. It usually happens in the morning, after waking up from sleeping on my left side. I’ve been having this for about a year now, but just haven’t seen a doctor about it yet. If anyone knows what it could be and what I could do about it, please let me know. Thanks.
