Mortons neuroma

I have mortons neuroma in my right foot and have had it before in my left.
The reason I keep getting them is due to flat feet.
I have been to many podiatrists and they all tell me to wear my orthotics which don’t help, I had a cortisone shot and it didn’t help at all and hurt really bad.
I just went to a podiatrist today and got the same info.
What other options are there?
I am willing to have surgery if that will keep this from coming back.
With my “bad feet” (I also have webbed toes) it seems it will always be there.
Help!!!

On April 26,02 I had a mortons neuroma removed and have had a great deal of trouble since including infection, increased pain and lots of increased sensitivity similiar to electric shocks. My surgeon also advised me that the procedure did not require any time off work to heal and has made me feel that he is washing his hands to the situation but keeping my on antibiotics for 26 days. Any input would be much appreciated.
