Rugby Injuries

While playing Rugby at school I was K.O. and remained unconcious for at least five minutes. I was wondering if there was any way of telling if any pernament damage was obtained. I have also been having serious nosebleeds and severe migraines after the incident. Thanks for your help M.A.D.
