sciatica nerve
i have been in agony for a while. the pains from my neck, down to my shoulder blade, into my back and down my leg to my ankle. I have been taking herbal tablets but have no effect yet. I have tried walking and various stretching but nothing helps.

I have been living with pain in my RIGHT HIP for more than 2 years. The pain at times is severe and debilitating and immobilizing. I don’t have to be moving around to experience a wave of pain from my hip all the way down the lateral side of my right leg where the pain stops just above the angle. I also have numbness in the ball of my right foot, sometimes my left and in the lateral quadricep muscle.
