I am due to have my left shoulder replaced in 7 weeks. What kind of recovery time can I expect for returning to an office job? what are the best practices for going into the surgery to prepare myself for the recovery?

J’m presently in rehab after a shoulder replacement. What would be my success in returning to a some what normal state, able to drive my car and return to work?

Can you sleep you bed or do you have to sleep in a recliner when you first come home. I’ve heard people say you have to sleep in a recliner. What is the truth?
