Subluxed shoulder

I am an Occupational therapist working on a rehab ward with many stroke patients. Two of my patients have subluxed shoulders, one is in a wheel chair with a bexhill arm support but the other does not need a wheel chair. I am worried that this one shoulder with sublux further if we do not brace it some how. The hospital does not tape shoulders like these any more. Do you know of any splints?braces which may decrease the pain associated with a subluxed shoulder and which may be avaliable for the said individuals??? I look forward to your replies.liz Critchley
