tender area under ribs

15 days after accident. Tender area under left couple of ribs. Rib x rays show nothing ( of course ) Doc just said wait out the pain but the pain isnt going away after 15 days. Its the area below my heart and under the ribs. Very sensitive to touch. Press on it and it hurts… very tender. Doesnt hurt too much when standing but if I press the spot it does. Hurts alot when laying down. Bike wreck #10 probably. Doesnt hurt to breath deep but if I sneeze or laugh all ribs on left side hurt. Doc said if it was organ damage I would have came to see him alot sooner. Pain started 2.5 days after wreck. I waited 8 more days to see what would happen in the way of pain. It didn’t go away. Its not a cutting pain like I’ve read here but a very tender sore ( somethings wrong ) feeling under the ribs about 3 inches below the bottom of my heart.any guesses are appreciated.
