Weird foot pain

Hi everyone, I’m hoping somebody can help me. I have pain on the outside of my right foot. The bulk of the pain is on sort of in front of the ankle. It hurts most when I point my toes. There also seems to be a tender part along the outside of my foot. If anybody can possibly help me or advise me, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
