Wrist and Forarm Pain!!
I don’t know what happened I was playing basktball and after the game my wrist and forarm really hurt. Then I went to my next game and fell on it. There are no bruises. But there is to bump like things on my arm. They feel like a knot? If anyone knows anything about this please help me! PLEASE!!!
