dislocated rib

Dear Sir,I have, what was diagnosed (the first time) several years ago, as a dislocated rib. The chiropractor who treated me fixed it in one shot, but I don’t live in that area anymore. I’m trying to contact him at present. I went to a another chiropractor in Seattle (where I live) but she didn’t know what to do with me –cracked my back–no relief on the rib.I don’t think anything but chiropractic realignment can put it back, but I’ts not easy to find someone who knows how to do it. Help! Please…John McMorrow

  1. I HAVE A LOWER RIB OR AS ITS CALLED A FLOATER RIB THAT DILOCATES OVER MY OTHER RIBS TO THE POINT THAT YOU CAN SEE THE RIB ITSELF. IT HAPPENS IF I ONLT BEND OR MOVE THE WRONG WAY. I HAVE LEARNED THAT A FEW STRETCHES AND PRESSURE WILL PUT IT BACK. I HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN SOMETIMES 3 OR 4 TIMES IN ONE DAY.I TAKE A COUPLE OF TYLENOL AND KEEP GOING. I AM NOW LOOKING INTO HAVING THE RIB REMOVED AT THIS POINT BACAUSE THE MORE TIMES IT DISLOCATES THE MORE LIKLY IT WILL DO IT MORE OFTEN.
