Bump on Outside of Right Foot

I had mild pain in my foot a few days ago.
Then I could barely walk on it and felt the difference between my feet. Basically there is a bump on the outside edge of my right foot (kind of top/edge).
It is no where near my toes or ankle/heel — it is the edge of my foot and a bit on the top. I have soaked it every day and took some advil but it is not that better — some but it has not “gone away.” I can’t workout at the same rate I normally do.
I worked out last night very lightly and that may have aggravated it.
It felt like the bone was protruding causing the bump.
What could be the problem? What should I do?

Not sure what it is called, please help

I was just curious if anyone knew what this was called. I was born with a birth defect that affects both my feet and my legs. Because I laid wrong in my mother’s uterus, the tibia attached incorrectly to the ankle, thus making my feet go inward. However, UCB’s changed this direction, and soon they were pointing outward. Also, I was born completely flatfooted. The outter edge of my feet actually does not touch the ground.
In 2007 and in 2011, I recieved reconstructive surgery for the left foot since it was much worse at the Shriner’s Hospital in St. Louis. The surgery was a success but now I’m having a few problems with some pain in my foot as well as the left knee not that everything has been altered. Also, no one has mentioned what the name of my condition is. Please help if you have any information! Thank you so much! Kyra Groshans

Mother has swollen red feet

My mother is 56 and has had a condition in her feet and doctors cannot seem to be able to find the problem?
She has been checked for circulation problems and the tests came back OK.
Her feet get swollen and red, her toenails turn almost white, but she is in constant pain.
Her blood pressure can get extremely low.
She has blue cross insurance and I am hoping for a refural of a specialist in our area.
She lives about 3 hours north-west of Detroit Michigan?
Any clue where to start??

mri FINDING

I finally got a report on an MRI of the lumbar spine I had a month ago. Dessication of L5-S1 with small central annular fissure, no foraminal or spinal canal narrowing.
I can’t get an “official” consult by my doctor for almost another month.
What is this?
What treatment should I expect?
Is there any thing I can do in the meantime while awaiting my next appointment.
I am 58 year old female. No hx of auto mishaps, but I have fallen many times over the last few years, most recently in January this year, but landed on my hands at that time!

Prolapse to discs c5 & c6

My brother has had chronic pain for 4 years from a work related injury.
He has herniated central prolapse to c5 & c6.
This injury is uncommon as the prolapse is internal and often presses on his spinal cord.
We live in Australia and he has not been able to successfully find a doctor who can help him. He has been given no hope for a cure and has only been informed of pain contol and medication for the rest of his life.
He is only 35 with a young family and the pain is now almost unbearable.
Please, do you have any information on treatment here in Australia or overseas? At this point in time, he cannot mentally cope with any more false hope.
We, as a family, are prepared to do whatever it takes to find him a cure so that he may lead a normal life.
I hope you can assist us with information and, please, the possibility of a cure.
I feel my brother is now in a desperate time in his life and look forward to hearing from you with some great news to give him.
Many thanks for your time.
