Posture

I had a car accident about 2 years ago and caused some whiplash and a loss of use and grip of my right arm. I received some physiotherapy but that stopped about a year ago. I was told that my posture was quite poor and that will cause further problems. I am still having alot of pain in my back, right shoulder and sometimes find my right arm loosing use and grip. I have tried to adjust my posture but find it very difficult so thought it would be a good idea to get a posture correctorI am not sure which one would be best for me or if that would be the best option.Could you please advise on what I should do

MRI C-spine for tendinitis

(2 discussions)

Hello, I have been diagnosed with a shoulder impingement, lateral epicondylitis, tendinitis on wrist w/ ganglion cyst and de Quervain’s tenosynovitis. I had an MRI done on my cervical spine which was normal and showed no evidence of disc herniation. How is it possible that I have tendinitis without a positive MRI? Should the MRI have been performed directly on the areas of injury instead of my spinal canal? Thanks for your help,Wendy

Patella Tendon Surgery

I ruptured both of my patella tendons a year ago on April 15th.
I had to have emergency surgery on both knees.
I went through some physical therapy for aabout 8 weeks at home after being in a rehab center for 2 weeks.
I am still having pain. Can you please tell me some excercises that I can do to help strengthen the patella tendons.
How long is the healing time?
Will my legs ever feel normal again.

“knot” on inner bottom of heal

Hi,
2 nights ago, while playing cards I began to feel a pain in my left foot and realized I had been resting my foot on the rungs of the chair (without shoes on) and put them flat on the floot.
Later, when I went to stand I felt like I was walking on a knot on the underside of my foot.
The knot has not gone away, I have tried massaging it, soaking it, etc.. nothing is helping.
When I put pressure on it, it is slightly painful, but more of a nuisance than anything.
Could this be caused by the pressure of the chair rungs, or is this something else?
What can I do.. is it possibly a blood clot?
Thank You, Angie
