pain in ankle

I have worsening pain in my ankle on the inside and outside both. I was told I may have a toren ligament or achelles tendon or a fracture. What would be the smyptoms for these? And what would the treatments be? I don’t want to run to the ER if this is nothing. I also have a small bump on my foot opposite the arch on the outside of my foot, but it may be from walking on the side of my foot cause of my RSD and nerve damage in the big toe and along my foot there. Any ideas if maybe this is all connected to the same source?
