Repeated Hip Rotation

My right hip repeatedly rotates backwards causing my lower back muscles to get so tight that they pull other parts of my back out of place as well. I’m having a chiro put that right hip back into place every so often, but I’d like some recommendations on muscles I could strengthen or other lifestyle changes (sleeping habits, walking habits, etc) that could make this hip rotation stop happening. I’m 29 years old. I work at the computer all day and am a little overweight, but I work on the farm and walk the dog as often as I can. What can I do to try to help myself? Thanks!

Dear KrisChiropractic care is likely your best source of healp.Your chiropractor might want to x-ray your pelvis to see if you have an anitemical short leg.A short leg could be why the adjustments are not holding.A prescribed shoe insert might help the adjustments hold longer.
