How to wrap an ankle with an ace bandage
What is the proper way to wrap my ankle with an ace bandage to give me support while running?
Should I stand on my ankle when wrapping it? Or should I not stand on it?

Actually the best way to get support for your ankle is a brace or at least with athletic tape. Ace bandages are mostly for the 3 days after you injure the area to provide pressure along with ice rest and elevation (RICE). Hope that helps.
