I just started exercising and I have noticed that when I am done my right shoulder on top close to the neck will ache.
I don’t know what I am doing wrong but it hurts.
Please help.
Is it the top of your shoulder or your neck? You are probably either over doing it or doing an exercise incorrectly. Are you going to a gym? Maybe you can ask a trainer there to give you some pointers. I suggest to stop the exercises that hurt your shoulder for now.
