Back of heel and side – intense pain!

I have had intense, getting worse, pain on the back of my heel and inside side.
Not under the heel.
It’s warm on the inside top part of the heel, and extrememly sore.
Back of heel very very very sore.
I limp more and more.
Cannot go down stairs unless turn sideways.
Cannot stand on tip toes at all.
Did the “test” for torn achilles (lay on back and look for dip at back of heel) and I have that.
Please help with this….
I hobble around like I am 100!
