Trileptal
My Husband has Neurothopy and has been put on a drug called Trileptal.
He will be weaned off of 2400mg of Neurontin over the next month.
Is there anyone out there who has been prescribed, Trileptal, and how has it worked for you?
Neurotin, although it has been good for the pain sometimes, it has caused some weird changes in my husbands behavior, so we are praying that this other drug will work.
Thanks for any imput you can offer.

While I prescribe Neurontin, if it does not seem to work out I refer patients to the neurologist. Trileptal is one of the drugs they prescribe for neuropathy. I hope it works, but don't give up. There are other medications that can be tried. Good luck
