heel pain
My daughter jumped barefoot from a 2nd story balcony onto cement she landed on her heels.
She was xrayed they said no fractures. it has been a week and she is still in an extreme amount of pain she can’t walk what should we do the doctor at the emergency room said it would just take time. please help Is there a brace she can wear? should she see a specialist? I am totally baffled as to what to do to help her.

She nneds to be re xrayed. Sometimes fractures don't show up right away. The heel and talus are difficult to see every part on a conventional xray. Sometimes a CT scan is better. I would definately recommend see be seen by a podiatrist or orthopedist.
